This event is held at the Westerner in Red Deer, AB from April 24 - 26, 2015.  Please visit our booth # 2705, all weekend.  

STALLING - stalls are available as follows:
       - 1 night - $40 , 2 nights - $80, 3 nights - $80 .... plus GST!      
        includes shavings.  On departure stalls are to be cleaned out completely, including shavings.
        -Day stall ie: for all day Sunday for example - $35 .... plus GST!  Please also clean out day stalls upon departure!
***CCC has a number of stalls pre-booked, please let us know if and when you require one.  Once there, see the Mane Event Office, which is located in back of the Prairie Pavilion, where you can pay your stall fees, and will be given location of our bank of stalls.

OVERNIGHT CAMPING -
        -Campground is FULLY BOOKED at this time, however there is plug-in camping available by the barn for 15 amp service.  There are a number of spots.  $26/night plus GST!
        -To book AND pay for these spots you MUST sign in at the campground office (off the 19th street exit)  before parking!!!! First come, first served!!
        -Overnight parking for your rig is free providing you DO NOT sleep in it.  Parking in plug-in areas without a permit will result in a $70 fine, also sleeping in any         unregistered rig is forbidden.  THIS AREA IS PATROLLED!!

PARKING FEES
        -Westerner Park requires that all visitors pay to park on the grounds during this event, whether a volunteer, spectator, or rider. 
        -$5/day, or $12 for a 3 day pass available at the vehicle entrances.    


CCC DEMONSTRATION
1 demonstration on Saturday, April 25 - 9:45 AM to 11AM (invitational). Riders who are invited will be contacted ASAP

CCC CHALLENGE
1 Challenge on Sunday, April 26 - 9AM - 5 PM, please register on the CCC website.
